Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I take a warm and direct approach to the therapy I provide. I practice trauma-informed and socially-conscious psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am trained to look for patterns and connections with my clients to help increase insight, self understanding and compassion. I work with deep thinkers and feelers to help clear the path to a greater sense of well being.
I see folks via telehealth across California and in person in Pasadena, California. I serve neighboring areas of Highland Park, Sierra Madre, Monrovia, Highland Park and Greater Los Angeles. I am in network with a few major insurance providers and see folks on a generous sliding scale to help high quality, depth oriented psychotherapy feel accessible, particularly for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Individual psychotherapy can offer containment where you can articulate feelings and experiences that may have previously felt inexpressible. I hope to help my clients have a richer understanding of their identity, enhanced emotional resilience, and a healthier perspective on relationships and life’s challenges.

I work with gay and straight couples to help them learn how to lean into the relationship, see each other better and hopefully feel more connected. During sessions, couples can learn to identify and manage conflict effectively. At its best, couples therapy can help you to build skills in empathy, appreciation, and shared goals, enhancing your emotional connection.

Therapy with adolescents can be a safe space for open dialogue about challenges relating to societal pressures, familial acceptance, and self-acceptance. I aim to create a safe space for teenagers, particularly those who identify as LGBTQ+ in understanding themselves, their goals, and their strengths.
